Required Documents


The following documents are required for the applicant of the home loan OR both applicants if there is more than one person applying.

New home purchase clients:

  • Last 3 months payslips.
  • For commission earners: proof of last 3 months'' commission earnings.
  • Last 3 months personal bank statements.
  • Copy of your ID document.
  • Copy of Marriage Certificate or and /or Anti-Nuptial Contract (if applicable)..
  • Copy of the Offer to Purchase Agreement.

Switch clients:

  • Last 3 months payslips.
  • For commission earners: proof of last 3 months'' commission earnings.
  • Last 3 months personal bank statements.
  • Copy of your ID document.
  • Copy of Marriage Certificate and /or Anti-Nuptial Contract (if applicable)..
  • Latest 3 months bond statements.
  • Latest rates / Levy Statement / Utility account statement.
